Two large-scale adidas campaign productions for AboutKokomo, each covering nearly the full product range, followed by further adidas Originals campaigns over a three-year project-based relationship.

There was almost no space between one production and the next. Different athletes, locations, equipment and schedules had to move continuously across fourteen consecutive shoot days — then the same production pressure started again.
One production came with an additional risk: pandemic-era travel restrictions put the creative director's entry into the country in question only days before the shoot.
Different productions. No real gap between them.

I managed production planning and on-set execution across both major AboutKokomo productions, including location scouting, permitting, crew coordination, budgeting and full production support.
When the creative director's entry became uncertain, I coordinated directly with customs to resolve the issue before the shoot. He was on set for day one. The relationship continued beyond the two major productions into further adidas Originals campaigns as Senior Producer.
The production had to keep moving. So did the people behind it.

Two major adidas productions were delivered as planned, followed by further adidas Originals work within the same three-year client relationship.
One production relationship. Multiple campaigns. No reset between projects.

Every project starts with a conversation.
Sometimes there's already a brief.
Sometimes just an idea.
Sometimes you simply know what you want to achieve.
Either is enough.
The first conversation isn't a pitch.
It's a scoping call.
