[01 · Overview]

Arolsen Archives needed a production lead who could work from inside the organisation while coordinating the external production needed to bring the campaign to life. The role connected the client, creative development and production throughout the project.

[02 · The Challenge]

The project brought together institutional stakeholders, an external production company and a campaign built around a subject that required care in both communication and execution. The challenge was less about adding another production layer than about creating a clear line between the organisation, the creative work and the people responsible for making it.

The client needed production leadership without another organisation around it.
[03 · Approach & Role]

I worked as the client-side producer throughout the project. That meant coordinating communication between Arolsen Archives and the production company, aligning creative concepts with production requirements, managing casting and locations, and supporting the organisation from planning through production.

The production function sat inside the team instead of beside it.

Client-side when the project needed it. Production-side when the work demanded it.
[04 · Outcome]

The launch campaign for “Und heute?” was delivered with production coordinated directly from within the organisation, keeping the project's internal team focused on the educational platform and its communication rather than production administration.

The production became part of the organisation's workflow.

Good production supports the message without becoming part of it.
[05 · Contact]
Let's talk.

Every project starts with a conversation.
Sometimes there's already a brief.
Sometimes just an idea.
Sometimes you simply know what you want to achieve.
Either is enough.

The first conversation isn't a pitch.
It's a scoping call.
